@gischpelino Thank you for your observation. Indeed I did install TWRP in order to install "Powered by Ubuntu Touch" flash screen. Being informationally challenged i somehow had both UBports Recovery and TWRP which evidently caused the update to fail. When I reinstalled the OS as Lakotaubp recommended then TWRP vanished thankfully.

@saligari Sadly the OP3/3T in general, not only the GSI experiment has not seem much specific improvements since I originally switch to using UT on it about 1.5 years ago. The non-GSI version works reasonably with some quirks, but I think it is safe to assume that development isn't happening

@olliyze Simultaneous connection isn't automatically available with BT 5. It needs to be implemented in the software which of course isn't implemented yet on UT Inputs like play/pause doesn't work yet too but there were recent effort to make them work. Lastly, bluetooth compatibility hasn't been great with UT sadly. For example, my Xperia X stutters when playing audio to our car but it works fine on my MX4.

@sparkplug We don't support dual boot, but there are some out there who may be able to help with that.

@marcolovero You could tell what exactly was the probelm, and how you solved it, for the sake of community support. ^^

@christian-0 Try installing a paint/drawing app and try to to draw on that spot. Finger Painting is what I usually use.

@phoenixlandpirat Mine opened straight away. This was on a surface 3 windows mc (my laptop has died, but thats another story), but MTP still works on my OP3. Edit: Meant to say on RC 9 at present.

@libremax Just trying to think what I did with twrp. Wipe option, format data-select yes, then in advanced wipe repair change system and data to ext4 then reboot. Then just ran the installer with wipe and bootstrap, booted to fastboot then recovery for the rest. I do remember it took ages for the spinning circles to appear to say it was flashing the device. Remember thinking it had not worked at first. Maybe leave it a little longer rather than force reboot but bit confused I must admit.

@captainzer0 Format data to EXT4 and wipe cache. Doing the system won't hurt as some have needed to do it.
