@pleoni ah yes I missed that sorry about it. The problem is that your device has an old kernel, so probably you should try to setup a policy V1 as stated here

Since you care about it, you are the most likely person to make it happen. In order to make it happen, what's needed is: the ability to unlock the bootloader the kernel source someone who is willing and able, and has the skills or is willing to learn and who has the device in hands. If all of these conditions are met, it could happen. Since this question is not about any existing port or port-in-progress, it will now be moved to the 'off topic' category.

@Linus67 it needs to be ran as root. Sudo is interactive in terminal so it won't work, but pkexec is the GUI equivalent so it should launch a popup for the password. Alternatively set the suid bit of the script to make it always run as root without password (and ensure the file is not writable by phablet as that would allow local privilege escalation).

@UT-downunder Windows, yes. Linux users have gotten it to work either using a VM (requires a VM with USB port pass through. Some work, some don't), or by installing Windows to Go on a USB drive. Alternatively, there is a way to do it in linux somewhere in the ubPorts OP6 forum, but I haven't used it in years (I use Windows To Go on a USB SSD-Transend thumb drive SSD). Or just borrow someone's machine for a few.

@Privacy-freedom You need to gain a bit more experience to create a .conf file properly and ensure it works as intended. Don’t forget to make copies of your working settings. AI can also be helpful.

@MrT10001 actually it work's on UT, just not very well on the right edge, but does not work at all on droidian. I've already had to go back to android once because, shame on me, I did not fully read the instructions. I may give that a try. Just fun for me to mess with. I appreciate the info.

i think the last thing im gonna drop is "game native" im trying to port the latest version to UT as well so we can play our steam games ....after that i think ill start at the beginning and start refining everything starting with python deploy ....then openstore ....hopefully i gain some feedback by then so i can get all the bugs ....my problem is time ....i get something running i swipe around a little ....i dont have a use or need at the moment so im like "seems to work" then see something shiny over there and go do that .....if i get game native to work well people will prob want to starst porting UT to much higher end devices ....i dont think my phone has the power .....but i wanna play helldivers 2 on my phone someday

@Moem ABN AMRO works fine in Waydroid + microG, with root even (although I have it hidden from Magisk).
