@TheVancedGamer Oh that's cool. I guess you need a dock with multiple video out is needed. Maybe both monitors would work properly if you enable multi-display mode instead of the virtual touchpad mode.
@sven The error message I pasted above tells about a missing image.
And at this time, as I learned, the installer was only partially flashing critical firmware partitions so if you came from android 12+ it would leave you with a brick...
This is fixed now, the Installer does a correct flash now.
@jojumaxx Please leave the "text box 1 -> show" or put this block to the end. Because the first "show" leads to an update of the screen which will kill the value in the "text box" (without 1) 🙂
@kugiigi Thanks for that answer, that gives me hope. I must confess, I haven't tried streaming with lower resolution. Shame on me, that should've come up to me... I'll try that.
About bluetooth streaming: I tried several headsets and two different car audio systems but none worked. That made me think it's not possible, yet. I'll keep trying then...
Problem is drivers. The PinePhone itself is based on quite old hardware, and lacking of drivers. And nobody wants to write drivers for old hardware. The issue was resolved with former Android based phones by using the already available drivers.
PinePhone Pro is using much newer hardware so there may be hope for it.
Well, I have no Violla phone and so no Way to check. But my guess would be that some service the fingerprint device depends on was not starting up for whatever reason. Might be some kind of race condition in which the service wants to be started up too early and fails.
