apache2 is not installing as far as I can tell. I have developed an entertainment website - home server - that I would like to put on the device to watch movies and listen to music on a memory stick. Thanks PS: separately - suggest you check the meaning in French for 'Libertine'.

Thank you Stan. In view of my previous problems installing UT I shall live with the problem for now, but if it becomes intolerable I'll follow your suggestion.

@livanti21 When you enter your APN , then save it,---after you reboot ,and go back to check which APN is being used ,do you get a little box that you need to put a check mark or tick in ? The 2/3/4g part , I just moved on to the next item, I did not select any of them ( I was using Consumer Cellular,(att).

Assuming your on a Pinephone, modem features are not fully implemented yet so basic connectivity is glitchy.

@magdesign If you are going to work on https://github.com/rinigus/pure-maps/issues/408, that would resolve most of your issue with only remaining part being isolines. But for isolines we could maybe find some better solution

Thanks for You all! I unfortunately live in "far far away Europe country" where it's hard to purchase bq or meizu... that's why I've chosen Nexus as it is still avaliable here Thank You for explanation, I found out that flo and deb has camera on the right side in the top bar and previous 2012 model has it in the centre of top bar. I also asked resellers for pictures of fastboot mode to make sure. (The problem was that they marked their devices as just nexus 7). Mentioned problems (with bluetooth) are acceptable for my needs. In future I wish I have pinephone and pinetab but for now they are not ready. Once again big thanks I'll mark thread as solved.

@pine_usr These are areas that could use improvement for sure. The PinePhone is the very first non-Android device that Ubuntu Touch has been ported to. It is also the first Wayland device. The focus has been on getting the OS at functional parity with the Android device ports. But many things have to be adjusted or re-engineered to get there. I am sure that once this has progressed to a sufficient degree, the issues you mention will be tackled.

@rocket2nfinity I'll look them over, thanks. I have to admit that Mint had the absolute best plan for $15.00 a month plus the tax for my area was $2.75 a month. That price is for a prepay for a year, which I had no problem doing, it's just too bad the coverage in my area sucks. Had it worked I was going to leave Straight Talk for mine and my wife's iPhone too, but it's not to be. What I'd really prefer doing is swapping the Straight Talk SIM out of my iPhone and put it in the PP64, but that doesn't seem to work either even though my iPhone X is unlocked.

Ya --- calls are still "failing" after the update. I've never messed with phones loading different operating systems. Thanks for the tip on trying Mobian. I'll give it a shot.

OK, so not a PPA actually, just a repo on OBS. So what exactly are you having trouble with there? You just need to do it inside a shell started with libertine-container-manager exec bash and remove the usage of sudo from the commands. But I presume it will then give you an error about there being no Packages or such for the architecture, when you do the apt update.

@nontrivial People will try to help if they can. Anbox is not Ubuntu Touch specific, but there are specific issues with Ubuntu Touch, so I gues this is a right place
