That's no device specific issue for the Volla22, it's a general issue of WaydroidHelper. Here's the bugreport. Long story short: You have to manually edit the .desktop-files and set the NoDisplay-Value to the correct section [Desktop Entry].

Did you try to contact volla support?
From what you wrote I guess your phone need a reinstall using mediated factory tool, and volla is the best choice to do so.

@bearbobs You use the tool called clickable. I only rely on that and doesn't really know much about packaging and building stuffs so that's all help I can give 😄
Like I said, someone got Supertux working again so perhaps you can do too. I don't have the repo of it though.

@ancientsounds Install using the UT installer ensuring the Wipe Data button is unticked. OTA's roll out slowly due to server bandwidth.

@E2024 Have you got an app password from Apple? If I remember correctly due to two factor authentication, if not on an Apple device, this is required. I have got it working on Dekko, Dekko 2 and Microsoft Outlook as well as my Android phone. I haven't used it in a while (not an Apple product fan), but it still works.

Reply to myselves and all others in same situation:

open adb shell to the phone with the new installation Go to the Authenticator NG folder: cd ~/.config/authenticator-ng.dobey Rename the current config file, in case you want it back later: mv authenticator.conf [newname] exit ADB Push your saved authenticator.conf to the reight location on the new installation: adb push [local path/authenticator.conf] /home/phablet/.config/authenticator-ng.dobey

With telnet I have see it is a mount failure.
On Telegram a man say to Put the .IMG file in data folder
I have put boot.img and ubuntu.img, but I think ubuntu.img is sufficient.

And now it work 😁

Update : After several tries Ubuntu starts on my FP3.

I loved Meego Harmattan and my N9
I used a FP2 with UT, and liked UT
I used LineageOS on my FP3 (I don't like Android)
Now using SailfishOS on my XA2 (And love SailfishOS)
No I can use UT on my FP3, nice.

Next PureOS on my Librem 5 and Sailfish/UT/Mobian on my Pinephone

I've got this same issue; but if you ask me it's an issue with the touch screen overlay not being configured at all for landscape.

Same exact thing happens on a real PC if you never set up rotation on a manually configured screen.

I literally just installed this morning on my N10 and immediately got my heart broken over this.

I'm going to poke around and see what I can find.

I have not read anything about root status on this OS; is the default user already admin? If so, then poking around might be worth it...
