@peat_psuwit Thanks for this amazing work!

RE: Ubuntu Touch Q&A 192 call for questions.
I am asking, because even in 24.04-1.3 some little things are annoying, supposedly because of missing actual qt version. Like websites dont work, some smaller apps like translator etc. Its not bad, but annoying. I cant even reproduce issues, its just not reliable. After following some dev chats on teleports I now have the impression that 24.02-2 could turn out to be better, but I dont know how reliable that version is for daily use. What is your oppinion?
-
RE: WIFI does not work when cellular data was used
@musicologist I have that sometimes, but cannot reproduce the issue reliably on my Quintus with 24.04.1-3

RE: Cell phone has Android V 11 image Oxygen OS 11.0.16.BE89BA
@fischer.poco Sorry, I cant help you in this case. I was assuming that UbuntuTouch successfully started after the unlock-notification.
If the installation failed, someone else has to help, please. -
RE: Cell phone has Android V 11 image Oxygen OS 11.0.16.BE89BA
@fischer.poco Does it boot after this notification, when you dont press any button? If yes, then everything is fine. This notification is shown on every device when no g***le-os is installed. See it as a sign of freedom.
If the device is not booting at all after this text, then something went wrong with the installation. -
RE: The camera and clock are malfunctioning
@los-tioz cannot confirm the issues on my sony xperia, running 24.04-1.3.
Uodate channel is rc, maybe thats the dufference?
Camera and Timezone both working as expected. -
RE: Call for testing: Ubuntu Touch 24.04-1.3
@projectmoon I can confirm this exactly. I have to reboot more often, today i.e. I couldnt stop a call, so every day something weird is happening. volla quintus, 24.04-1.3 rc

RE: Feedback and little suggestions
When sending an e-mail, could we envisage, as on the iPhone or other devices, it being indicated as ‘sent from UBUNTU TOUCH’, with the option to enable or disable this message for users who don’t like it?
You can set this individually in Dekko -> options. Go to Identities -> Signature

@nogoogle At the right bottom corner you can see a blueish field. Scroll up to the number 63.
