@UniSuperBox, Makes sense. I recall some years ago when I was using Firefox, or maybe Mozilla Suite (it was a while ago, before Mozilla/Firefox were recognized identities), I sometimes had to change the identity of the browser to IE to be able to fill out online forms. The identity was somewhere in the Tools/Web Developer options (though I don't currently see anything like this in Firefox).

@apollos it now seems that the problem has been fixed. I have recently updated my phone and the error has not occured ever since. It runs down the battery nicely without crashing.

The Pinebook (original), PineTab and PinePhone range of devices from Pine64 seem to share much underlying hardware. But the Pine64 website itself states that: "The PINETAB is similar in both form, function and underlying ARM64 architecture to the original 11.6″ PINEBOOK." @mh4it with CDMA the network wont work out of the box on UT, in order to get CDMA working (Sprint/Verizon) service you have to change ofono on the running system, then modify APNs, and even after all that there is no guarantee they will be able to send/receive SMS/MMS messages, my advice would be to set the device up as a mini tablet with no cellular service to allow experience of UT, and a GSM service if they wanna try it

@Flohack Got it, thanks! I'll check it out. @dobey Fair enough, I've had nothing but quick response times from Ubports and native apps. But I've done a thermal mod on my phone and have some headroom to play around with so I figured, why not?

Even if I have two days late (sorry, I didn't know the American thanksgiving day ), I think that BALCY with his huge work on morph-browser also specifically deserves a big thank you because without his work, the phones would only have rather limited functions... !!

i know that some ,do keep their own ,backups like this, i guess it depends which device and if someone has a copy with no personal info on it
