@KrishneshG It's more like for experimental or hidden stuffs that hasn't been merged into the system settings app. And I guess if someone has the time, many of those settings can already be merged into the system settings app.

I think that has been raised before and I agree that it can be confusing where you are coming from other OS. However, once you understand how it works, I think it's fine.

Ubuntu Touch really isn't all that orange lol The only things that come to mind that are is the logo and default wallpaper

@arubislander it is, for sailfish, as for the dalvik clone used for android compatibility. But the community version of sailfish made their own, based on presage, which I guess is under GPL license (if any)

Just put ubuntu touch on a Asus Nexus 7 tablet, works great, like it so much i got a LG Nexus 5 phone to put it on, first thing i seen with the tablet when it boots the boot screen only boots in the landscape mode, with the phone when i get it installed i hope it boots in the portrait mode

@AppLee ok I understand your doubts, when I have a bit of time I'll try to learn UBports code and develop a prove of concept (for the moment I only develop in Python). And I'll make some tests to know if consumption in flight mode is considerably lower than in normal mode. thank you for your interest
