@bearbobs sorry for the late reply its been busy with work...did you have to host the emulationstation?....because not sure how to host from within a clickable.....Iv seen the project before but have not really done anything with it....if it runs totally client side its do able....but if it needs hosting I don't think it can be done....the nes I'm working on is a heavily modded JavaScript emulator runs totally client side i added touch support fixed up the audio and added a lot of mapper support.....one big issue is the webview out of the box is....well lacking...if you load mario you will see black squares around the clouds and other sprites...not the emulator but the webview....

@arubislander I now deleted all my old accounts by deleting the corresponding apps. I then checked the accounts folder, it was empty of all files. In the meantime I had received an update. After rebooting and after reinstalling my nextcloud app, I could manage my accounts again. All working now. Thank you once again for your assistance.

I finally got an honest response from Ting. Apparently their website has a known bug and I was shipped the wrong card. It worked perfectly after the replacement. As for metroPCS, I think they have some king of firmware authentication required on the phone (another good reason to switch). I thought the same issue from two distinct sim cards (one known good) would rule out the sim cards as the issue. I was wrong. Sorry about that.

@83jnsn If you want to reflash your Oneplus One back to android/cyanogen a quick internet search will solve that. Other than that after reinstalling UT with the wipe option your device will have all the same OS files on it again. So not sure why the screen is not working, unless that is unrelated to the first issue. Sorry if misreading your question.

@trainailleur said in OnePlus One baseband/firmware: With the PinePhone getting closer, and already carrying a few other phones daily (degoogled Android phone, work Iphone, now a personal Iphone too), I decided the smaller size of the Nexus 5 was a better fit for me anyway, whether or not I added a SIM to it at some point. I'll probably just wait for the PinePhone before I try to do any telephony on UT. Thanks for the reply. I'm in Canada, I'll see how it goes when I switch to the OPO as my main phone. I understand what you say about the Nexus 5, it's what started me on the UT path (I was given one 2 weeks ago with a cracked screen). It is really a comfortable size.

There's that, but for actual on-screen scroll keys, you could also select the Scroll Keys layout (Scr) from the narrow hamburger menu in the bottom left corner of the screen.

@FishFingers44 You can quickly check your MTP settings using UT Tweak Tool (System, ADB settings). It's avilable in the OpenStore and good for lots of other stuff too.

@eduardo So what finally happened was I went and did a complete restore using an Android image. Even then, and this may have been the problem all along, There was a problem mounting the Data partition and I had to repair that. After Android was installed I ran UBports again and now it is fine. Thank you for your help.

@CampOwl There are two existing threads that might hold an answer https://forums.ubports.com/topic/1676/development-testers-for-anbox/181 and https://forums.ubports.com/topic/2876/anbox-development/12. Maybe move your question to one of those for a quicker answer.

@Photojoe4 They do not need to be, while the others do for various reasons. So they can be updated separately from the main image itself.

Hehe That's exactly what I said to him, @Opolork! It's a pity that the work that went into making that app is wasted for want of a rebase .
