The MIUI image version to use is specified in the installation guide under "2. Check the correct version of MIUI", and it looks like you used the correct one. I can't explain the unusual bugs you've reported. Did you remount the system as read-write and make any changes? Did you use apt (update/upgrade/install)? I'm fine with starting a new discussion thread.

    @Flohack thanks for all your responses! much appreciated!!! Sure, I agree let's not use google's adb, one thing less from google the better! What I am asking, is if there is any chance except from debug messages to get an actual shell via that serial cable of pinephone? What are the chance I can get it working by just editing the inittab like with the previous classic example? Has anybody tried it already?

    I always used POP on all my devices and never deleted files automatically on the server. I do this manually on the server once in a while. I thought IMAP is connected permanently to the mailbox and as I have limited data package on my phone I want to use the minimum data amount as possible.

    Yes, and no. There is a qemu image which can be run, but it is not the same as using UT on a phone.

    Oh! Now the button is there! I'm on the dev channel and downloaded today's image. Maybe the bug fairy saw this post and fixed it last night. It looks like it has hung trying to import the two images in my gallery. I will log that bug if it doesn't finish.

    @libremax Thank you very much for the help. I just experienced this myself. I get so few calls that I wasn't sure it was a bug or something else. I didn't notice anywhere mentioned that they changed how they answer calls (I am pretty sure we used to just tap) but i'll take a feature change over a bug any day.

    @C0n57an71n This issue was raised and it's a side effect of having two morph browsers. There is no "default" browser so that latest is used (Onion). You can still copy paste the links instead of following the link. This way you can keep both browsers.
