@mlinodasilva I have not such a problem with sound, but other users reported that already. So yes a bug. You can still install some scopes from Canonical Ubuntu store. Maybe not all, but most yes.

I wish to commend the Ubports team, as well as the community, for the sterling work done in OTA 2. However, after upgrading I do have the updated boot spinner only the UT boot. Also, there is no flaslight toggle in the battery indicator. Meizu Pro 5.

@keneda said in uRSSES app: In that same period, there was only Ubuntu Touch as an alternative usable mobile devices opensource GNU/Linux OS. Jolla Sailfish exists for about 10 years now! Problem came after, when some people decided that canonical is opensource Evil, and even after the drop, instead of contributing and ehancing UT, made other OSes... That's new to me... send me a PM for more info please!

@bolly said in Life with BQ4.5 after 20.04: I think I have already read this discussion. And I think it has strayed from the main topic. I think opening another topic to talk about it (if it is not already open) is the right thing to do. To be clear, I was referring to the discussion on how the community is organised. @spctrl said in Life with BQ4.5 after 20.04: From what I've seen poking around so far, it seems clicks and images remain available. So it's a matter of knowing where to find them and what to do with them once you have them. I was planning to further look into it this weekend and see how far I can get. (Unless someone else beats me to it, eheh) I think it is too early for that. 20.04 hasn't even been released yet. I think the question is to give some advance notice to see if we need to save any images or not. Same with the .clicks.

      reordering some service and fixed the issue i think its better to list all lomiri depencies in service or target with want/requires so porter known what lomiri depencies, and easy to maintain maybe root@ubuntu-phablet:/system/halium/lib/systemd/user# cat lomiri-indicator-network.service [Unit] Description=Indicator Network Backend Wants=lomiri-indicator-network-secret-agent.service [Service] ExecStartPre=/bin/sleep 15 ExecStart=/usr/libexec/lomiri-indicator-network/lomiri-indicator-network-service Restart=on-failure root@ubuntu-phablet:/system/halium/lib/systemd/user# root@ubuntu-phablet:/system/halium/lib/systemd/user# cat lomiri-full-greeter.service [Unit] Description=Lomiri Shell - full-greeter Requires=dbus.socket After=dbus.socket Requires=ayatana-indicators.target Before=ayatana-indicators.target Requires=indicator-location.service indicator-transfer.service lomiri-indicator-network.service Before=indicator-location.service indicator-transfer.service lomiri-indicator-network.service Conflicts=lomiri-full-shell.service lomiri-greeter.service lomiri-shell.service [Service] Type=notify SyslogIdentifier=lomiri ExecStart=/usr/libexec/lomiri-systemd-wrapper --mode=full-greeter ExecStopPost=/usr/bin/dbus-update-activation-environment --systemd WAYLAND_DISPLAY= MIR_SOCKET= Restart=on-failure TimeoutStartSec=120 root@ubuntu-phablet:/system/halium/lib/systemd/user#

@vandys Of course andbox never can be come a mandatory part of the system, it is just a sandbox, if it ever works, to run non-native applications. Like Wine in Linux, it you need an Android app for your job and you can run it in andbox you may carry a UT phone around, otherwise maybe you can't, unless you run around with two phones. But I would never advocate to make apk executable files native in UT.

If you dd from sdcard to emmc keep your size below 14.5g or your emmc will not boot, don't ask how i know this. Or label your sdcards , and know what is on them. Its easier to adjust the size with gparted or similar before you “ dd ” it.
