@snappy sure would be nice to have more devices supported though. We have a J5 knocking around here and to be able to move that to UBPorts would be the better option, than staying with its old os.

Having trouble getting content to appear in the open store app. Just seeing blank page. It works mostly when I am on wifi, but rarely when using mobile data. I have no trouble reaching the open store through the UT web browser.

Same here. UT 15.04 OTA-3 on a Nexus 5 is now my only working phone. I haven't had this happen to me yet. If nothing else works, possibly just a re-install of the image? I had bugs with my sim card that went away completely after my 2nd install. It's been bothering me, but I honestly have no clue what/if I did anything differently the 2nd time around. I guess repeating tasks with expectation of different results pays off for some of us... The issue hasn't returned since.

I would file this as issue in the installer tracker, the forum is probably a too slow place for that: https://github.com/ubports/ubports-installer/issues - and check before if its not a duplicate BR

Found the solution: adb reboot bootloader Then boot it into recovery and then: ubuntu-device-flash touch --device=mako --server=http://system-image.ubports.com --channel=15.04/stable This ends with: 2018/02/26 21:42:20 error pushing: adb: error: connect failed: no devices/emulators found But after rebooting it it is up and running 15.04 without any problems Sorry for not trying harder before posting above!

@advocatux It was already turned on. Seems it is just something to do with the two step thing. I turned it on ages ago to get dekko2 working when it first came out.

Looks like that's a very old port to the Galaxy S3. Unfortunately, you would not get the real Ubuntu Touch experience on a port that old. I don't think anyone has those files.

I had same audio issue with my Pro5 also. I think it's just another POS from china. Some phones are ok and some not. My problem occurred in Android and UT/UB

@giemme Im currently using Sailbook and facebook live does not work. Nor do I get notifications.

@andromeda I think it's better a clean start if you're experiencing problems, but you can backup whatever you want from click packages only to the whole /home directory You can use ssh or adb for that.

@andromeda Sorry your still having issues. Only thing I could suggest on my little knowledge/experience would be to back up everything factory reset the tablet and try a clean install of ubports. It's a right old faff of a job but if its still doing it after that it may well be the hardware, thats if you haven't tried that already of course. If its only restarting when charging it may be charger issue but I guess you've tried different chargers well/ cables as well.
