@bearbobs sorry for the late reply its been busy with work...did you have to host the emulationstation?....because not sure how to host from within a clickable.....Iv seen the project before but have not really done anything with it....if it runs totally client side its do able....but if it needs hosting I don't think it can be done....the nes I'm working on is a heavily modded JavaScript emulator runs totally client side i added touch support fixed up the audio and added a lot of mapper support.....one big issue is the webview out of the box is....well lacking...if you load mario you will see black squares around the clouds and other sprites...not the emulator but the webview....

@dln949 hi, yes, you should receive an update notification every time there's one available from now on. You can't really "close" this thread but you can add something like [Solved] to your first post title

@grisen On the install issue. According to Florian yes there is probably a missing config file. We would need to supply one and then a fake MAC would need to be created. This is due to there being alot of OPO varients. A fix/guide is being worked on.

@jockert I would start by checking your MMS settings are correct with your provider in System Settings, Mobile, APN. There where these two issues open last year so you may want to check on those also. If after checking this and the bug reports you do not fix it I would open a new issue in the support section as this thread is a year old now and there are more recent threads on the forum. I will lock this one now so please check everything then start a new thread if needed. https://github.com/ubports/ubuntu-touch/issues/276 https://github.com/ubports/ubuntu-touch/issues/12

@liamolua Yes, it's working fine...the native apps work fastest, the rest no bad...On my opinion and in these moments anbox could be a good option if you need a special android app for any determinates moments or situations, but you are not going to find the same funcionality with respect to Android ecosystem,at least of the moment.

I recently install OTA7/RC on a nexus 5. I was able to create a container, and install/run gedit But it is not really usable on the phone (and I haven't try to connect it to a screen yet). On the other hand, I try several other apps without any luck (vlc, lollypop, spyder)
