First of all, I think it's better to create issues in github for bugs and feature requests π
Im not aware if github, but i will look it up and maybe will repost there?
I would like to give some comments and opinions on your items.
I think this makes sense especially if you just answered a call while in an app. It's not a big deal though because your recent app is a short right swipe away π
IMO, this isn't a necessity because you really don't need to close all your apps and I've read a few articles that suggests not to even on Android because reopning apps will consume more power and battery. Don't quote me on that though π And also UT suspends apps so no need to worry on them consuming your battery.
Im not necessarily worried about battery life, more so of it getting too cluttered with many pages
What device do you have? Scaling a bit differs in each device. I find scaling on bq E5/E4.5 a bit too big which I guess what you want. It's ideal to me on Nexus 5 though. In any case, you may download UT Tweak Tool from the OpenStore and system scaling can be changed from there.
I have a OPO. Ut tweak tool is great but it scales everything (obviously), so the items that were perfect become too big
I think you mean app startup time here. It's one of the things UT lags behind Android and iOS and trust me it has already improved a lot from the past years. There might be more improvements in the upcoming updated Unity 8 and Mir π Also note that first startup takes more time and it'll be faster the next time.
Notifications are already accessible from the lockscreen through the notification indicator...unless you disabled notifications on lockscreen. And it's already possible to disable the circle of life π Settings app (Security & Privacy >> Stats on welcome screen).
What i mean is the quick popup notification after a text is received for example, it disapears very fast. The swipe notification from the top is good but not when i pull it out of my pocket for a quick check; its an additional step. I didn't see this setting thanks!
If I remember correctly, there was a discussion about this and I think someone already said that it's technically possible and might come in the future.
I don't have an OPO but I can confirm that autofocus is a bit wonky on UT.
Won't make sense since there are pages that you can scroll and swiping upwards will have conflict on those. And in my opinion, it's already great the you close from the bottom since it's easily reachable on phones.
Im not aware of anything that is verticaly swipable in the top menu, though I haven't been using UT very long
