@bearbobs sorry for the late reply its been busy with work...did you have to host the emulationstation?....because not sure how to host from within a clickable.....Iv seen the project before but have not really done anything with it....if it runs totally client side its do able....but if it needs hosting I don't think it can be done....the nes I'm working on is a heavily modded JavaScript emulator runs totally client side i added touch support fixed up the audio and added a lot of mapper support.....one big issue is the webview out of the box is....well lacking...if you load mario you will see black squares around the clouds and other sprites...not the emulator but the webview....

@doniks excellent point, well spotted. I suppose the correct number is 64 then, not 256 as previously stated by me. Why this is so? Might have something to do with block size. But I haven't done proper research to know for sure. EDIT: Turns out the fdisk man page talks about tracks and sectors. 1 track consisting of 63 sectors by default. Partitions are not allowed to span tracks, i.e. the number if tracks in a partition must be an integer value.

I understand. But these apps are too useful. Now i tested the other choices like Cinema, Films, Youtube, etc. and all tabs are blank except the Apps tab. I'm not sure if the problem is in the apps or something else.

After installing these packages it finally worked. Glad to use ubports ubuntu now Looking forward to use updated apps and hope it will be stable as canonical version was. And this installer is not finished, neither snap nor appimage formats work on regular 18.04 computers without these additional packages installed. Thanks everybody for help.

Hi. I am a USER who has a Nexus 5 impacted : Be carreful if you want to buy a NEXUS 5 because of this annoying bug afecting LG-D821 LG-D820 : Overheating in some circomstances. So the phone is ALMOST unusable. Or not easily usable. See : https://github.com/ubports/ubuntu-touch/issues/304 FOR ME, I can't only use my Nexus 5 as a hotspot without overheating. It's seems to be topical yet with 16.04 Xenial. I can't tell you what are the nexus 5 without this problem.

So, I eventually got around to replacing that headphone jack. I had been putting it off as the issue did not happen very frequently, but just recently it has been switching to headphone mode without a reboot. Also as replacing the headphone jack required removing the motherboard I was somewhat trepidatious about it. No difference though, it still boots up in headphone mode until I cool it down for a period of time. I will see if it lasts in speaker mode for longer over next few weeks. In the meantime I have bought another pro5 advertised on amazon as a UK 32GB version. I will concentrate on re-partitioning and putting 16.04 on it.
